Bhayangkara FC are optimistic to maintain their top in the Indonesian Super League 2017 even though they will be up against big spending Persib Bandung tomorrow.

“We have beaten other big teams like Persipura, Sriwijaya and also Arema previously. And while we may be away to Bandung tomorrow, there is no reason why we should not also win the full points,” said Simon McMenemy, the head coach of Bhayangkara.

“The winning mentality must always be maintained.”

Bhayangkara will take on Persib Bandung at Si Jalak Harupat Stadium in Bandung.

For the moment, Bhayangkara have picked up 52 points from 25 matches while Persib Bandung are on 10th from 24 games played.
