1 MALAYSIA DATIN SERI ROSMAH MANSOR SABAH TEAM TENNIS INVITATIONAL TOURNAMENT
The 10 edition of the team tennis tournament ended with a bang when Hytex Blended beat Wilsom Meercats in a tense thriller.
A record of 19 teams participated. Â This year’s team participation surpasses all previous years with 16 last year.
Hytec Blended Manager Paul Poh was happy to retain the trophy and pocket the RM 5,000 prize money for his team.
Wilson Meercats had to concede defeat when the 45 doubles pair went on a see saw match. Having won the first set they lost the second but in the super tie break Hytec Blended won with a point 10-9.
Three venues were  used: Likas tennis courts, SGCC courts and Sutera harbour resort tennis courts.
The tournament prize money of RM 15,000 was offered. The 5 categories are men, ages 25, 35- 45 & 55’and above. The ladies doubles will be age 35 & above. All the teams were awarded the prize money except the last team.

A welcoming dinner was hosted by sponsored by Minister of Tourism for the participants and officials at the Oceanus Waterfront Mall on the 15th September.
The prize presentation lunch was held at the Marina Sutera Harbour resort.
Mayor of KK was the guest of honour giving away the prize money and souvenirs.
