Malaysia have lined up six friendlies in the months leading up to the AFF Suzuki Cup.

The AFF Suzuki Cup will be played on a home and away basis this year on 8 November to 15 December 2018.

Towards that, the team under head coach Tan Cheng Hoe will play three matches at home in Kuala Lumpur and three away.

  1. Malaysia vs Fiji on 5 July 2018 (at KLFA Stadium, Cheras)
  2. Chinese Taipei vs Malaysia on 7 September 2018 (in Taipei)
  3. Cambodia vs Malaysia on 10 September 2018 (in Phnom Penh)
  4. Sri Lanka vs Malaysia on 12 October 2018 (in Colombo)
  5. Malaysia vs Kyrgyzstan on 16 October 2018 (at National Stadium, Bukit Jalil)

Another international “A” friendly has been slated for 3 November 2018 but the opponent has yet to be confirmed.

Malaysia will open their campaign in the AFF Suzuki Cup 2018 this year against Cambodia on 8 November 2018 in Phnom Penh.
