Dorna WSBK Organization are delighted to announce that the MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship TV coverage is set to reach new heights for 2019. Growing year on year there are even more broadcasters, who will be bringing the best of the world’s famous production-base motorcycle series to viewers around the globe. 

Following an incredible 2018 season that saw reigning World Champion Jonathan Rea (Kawasaki Racing Team WorldSBK) winning a record-breaking fourth back-to-back title, Sandro Cortese (GRT Yamaha WorldSBK) becoming WorldSSP champion in his debut season, and Ana Carrasco (Kawasaki Provec WorldSSP300) becoming the first ever female rider to win a championship title, fans will continue to enjoy all the stunning action of 2019 worldwide.

Eurosport remains a strong broadcasting partner of WorldSBK as it continues to showcase the series with appropriate coverage in 56 different countries in Europe. British Eurosport will cover all the rounds with on-site commentary providing exclusive contents and insights live from the circuit. Furthermore, British and Irish fans will be able to enjoy 52 minutes HL each Thursday after the rounds, meaning they will not be missing any action. Italian fans watching their hero Marco Melandri, and all Ducati enthusiasts eager to see the all-new Ducati Panigale V4 R contesting the series this year, will be able to follow the MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship with live coverage, exclusive in-depth magazines, highlights and news on Sky Sport, and watch all the 13 rounds of WorldSBK live on free-to-air channel TV8.

Streaming platform DAZN will offer an entirely new way to watch WorldSBK in Spain this year. Airing the series live or on-demand on a wide variety of devices, it will bring all the 2019 racing action of WorldSBK right at a touch of a button. Moreover, Spanish fans will be able to watch Alvaro Bautista taming the Panigale V4 R in the premier class WorldSBK, stars Hector Barbera or Isaac Viùales fighting for the WorldSSP championship crown, and Ana Carrasco trying to write history all over again in WorldSSP300, on national broadcaster Teledeporte, which is set to air WorldSBK for two additional seasons, and Catalan channel ESPORT3.

Servus TV will host WorldSBK and WorldSSP championships in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, broadcasting on site during different European rounds, meaning that fans can watch local heroes Sandro Cortese, Markus Reiterberger and Randy Krummenacher taking to the track. Portugal will not miss any action from the 2019 season thanks to SportTV, while GIBTelecom will air the MOTUL FIM Superbike Championship in Gibraltar.

SSport will continue to provide coverage for Turkish fans for two more years, meaning that fans will be able to watch promising star Toprak Razgatlioglu making further steps in the series. Stan countries will continue to see racing action through AlmaSports, and the Middle East through OSN, whilst PAN Africa will enjoy the series on SuperSport. SpilerTV will once again broadcast the MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship in Hungary, and TV2 will be offering to the fans the best moments of WorldSBK, WorldSSP, and WorldSSP300 with exceptional highlights.

On top of that, the MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship will be even more accessible for European fans, as new streaming platform Motorsport TV will be airing live all competitions and best moments from each race will be available with stunning highlights video on their website.   

Fox Sports Asia will continue to showcase the series with remarkable coverage in 20 different countries in Asia, meaning that Indonesian fans will follow their hero Galang Hendra Pratama fighting for the title in WorldSSP300. Japanese fans will be able to follow local star Ryuichi Kiyonari, who returns to WorldSBK this year, on JSports.

Oceania will not miss out on coverage as Fox Sports Australia will continue to show the MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship, and neighbor New Zealand will keep enjoying racing action for three more years on Sky Sports.

Broadcasting to North America, beIN will continue to show the stunning WorldSBK, WorldSSP and WorldSSP300 races in Canada and the US, whilst Latin America will keep following Argentinean rider Leandro Mercado, but also WorldSSP300 Latin riders Benjamin Tomas Molina and Eliton Gohara Kawakami on Fox Sports for three more years. Also, Flow Sports will continue to be broadcaster partner of WorldSBK till 2020, providing excellent coverage to the series to the Caribbean.

SNTV and Reuters agencies will be spreading WorldSBK actions around the world, involving even more broadcasters in showcasing highlights and other stunning racing contents worldwide.
