The Myanmar Football Federation (MFF) will be building their first ever indoor Futsal court in the country after receiving the initial approval of cash injection from FIFA.

International governing body through its Forward programme, have approved USD 2million for the building of an international standard Futsal Indoor Stadium.

“This project will cost more than USD 2million. We will start with FIFA’s USD 2million budget and MFF will have to pay for the rest,” said Ko Ko Thein, general secretary of MFF.

The stadium will have a seating capacity of between 2000 and 2800 with the MFF targeting completion in mid-2020.
