As Preah Khan Reach opened up a five-point lead at the top of the Metfone C-League 2019, defending champions NagaWorld slipped to Visakha 3-2 as they remained on second at the standings.

Despite controlling much of the game at the Old Stadium, Naga only found the back of the net late in the first half – that too through and own goal and then a strike from Esoh Omogba in the 55th minute.

But Visakha were quick to reply with two goals from Keo Sokpheng in the 67th minute and then Pak Song Chol leveler two minutes later.

And just when NagaWorld thought that they could at least pick up a point, Visakha forward Sary Matnorotin delivered the winner nine minutes to the end.

In the meantime, Preah Khan Reach Svay Rieng beat Asia Euro United 2-0 of goals from Nub Tola.

In Siem Reap, Soltilo Angkor edged Boeung Ket 5-4 as Kirivong Sok Sen Chey blasted Kompong Cham 12-0 while National Police gave Young Bati Academy U18s a 5-1 lesson.

Phnom Penh Crown beat Angkor Tiger 1-0 at the RSN Smart Stadium as the Ministry of National Defense whipped Electricite du Cambodge 3-0 on the road.
