Hanoi One made the semi-finals of the Vietnam National Football Women’s Championship when they beat Son La 1-0 this week at the Ha Nam Stadium.
They will join HCM City One, Phong Phu Hà Nam and Vietnam Coal and Mineral in the final four.
Despite being ranked as favourites, Hanoi One struggled somewhat at the start against Son La before they were able to find the back of the bet through Pham Hai Yen’s header in the 13th minute.
That was to be their only bright spark as Hanoi One’s failed to make good on the further chances they created.
