After a thrilling and very successful season 2016 with the win of the European Championship title and the Vice-World Championship title in the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo series the team decided to bring also 2 additional cars to the Asian Lamborghini Super Trofeo.

Therefore the team is happy to announce the driver line-ups for both series and for the world final:

Europe:

The wheel of one Huracán will be shared by the young driver duo Jan Kisiel (Poland, 22) and Morgan Haber (Australia, 23). Jan has started his racing career with touring cars, 2015 he won the Audi Sport TT Cup and competed successful in 2016 in the Audi R8 LMS Cup in Asia. The 23 year old GT and Touring car ace Morgan Haber won already races in Australian GT championship and was runner-up in V8 Touringcars in Down Under.

The 2nd Huracán will be shared by the two Belgian drivers Niels Langrange (26) and Pieter Vanneste (32), supported by Chrisal.com. Both drivers are very experienced in Touring- and GT-cars. They raced already successful side-by-side in Endurance races and in the BMW 325i cup.

Asia:

The wheel of one Huracán will be shared by the Flying-Finn Mikko Eskelinen (Finland, 44) and the Canadian Maxx Ebenal (29). Mikko Eskelinen was 2015 already Vice-Champion Pro-AM in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo with Leipert Motorsport. Maxx Ebenal is professional racing driver. He lives and works in Asia since 2012. Among several others he participated successful in the Asian Formula Renault.

The 2nd Huracan will be shared by our well known Australian Ben Gersekowski (24) and the Brit Rory Collingbourne (19). Ben had a successful season 2016 with the team in the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe while Rory Collingbourne competed in the Renault Clio Cup UK for the past two seasons achieving several podiums.

Furthermore the team will enter some races of the 24h Series by Creventic. The upcoming race in this series will be the 24h Paul Ricard at the beginning of May. Beside some familiar faces, the team signed also Aleksander Schjerpen, a talented 25 years old Norwegian driver who will do his first steps with the Huracan Super Trofeo in Endurance racing.

In addition to the Lamborghini-connected schedule the company around Ingo and Marcel Leipert will compete in several races with a new Porsche 991 GT3 Cup car in the Porsche Cup Swiss and others.

The first round of the Asian LST is about to start coming weekend. We are looking forward to a new adventure!
