HCM City Football Federation (HFF) have signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with French Lique 1 side Olympique Lyonnais on Sunday.
Under the MoU, Olympique Lyonnais will assist HCM City to train young footballers and develop futsal and women’s football until 2020.
Olympique Lyonnais was represented by chairman Jean Michel Aulas.
