Zen at ALMS
Malaysian GT driver, Zen Low, has confirmed his participation in the upcoming rounds of the Asian Le Mans Series for the 2015/2016 Season.
Zen, an Aylezo Competizione driver, missed the season opener held last weekend in Fuji and will take part in the remaining three races of the season as part of the three-driver team with Atlantic Racing Team (ART) beginning with the Sepang round scheduled for 7-8 November.

“It will be an exciting time for me as a race driver, being part of the Asian Le Mans Series, a Series that I have wanted to compete in for a while now. Thanks to ART and Ingo Strackerjan for the invitation and the discussions which went quite well. We will be racing the Wolfe GB08 LMP in the CN category” said Zen.

“In the past, Aylezo has only ever owned GT cars but never an LMP, so taking part in the Series with ART is the next best option for us. Ingo and his team has the experience, expertise and a knowledgeable crew for these types of cars and have been competing well in quite a number of single seaters too”.

“Two of Aylezo’s mechanics will also be part of the crew for the races that we will have, to join forces with Ingo’s team, so it will be quite an interesting Season for all of us.” ended Zen.

The Asian Le Mans Series race calendar is spread over the end of 2015 into early 2016, during what is termed the ‘off-season’ for most races. Asian Le Mans Series will head to Sepang International Circuit this 7-8 November for a 3-hour endurance before heading to the Buriram Circuit in Thailand on 8-10 January 2016 and the Series will return to Malaysia for its finale on 23-24 January.

Zen will take part in the Series with the support from long-time sponsor Ecotint as well as Prince Lubricants, Jonnesway, Rudy Project and Shark Helmets.
