Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam and Australia will be the four representatives from ASEAN for the AFC Futsal Asian Cup 2024 which will be hosted by Thailand on 17-28 April 2024.
The four teams confirmed their slots to the final rounds following the end of the qualifying rounds last night with already-qualified Thailand as host playing in Group A to make a team of three.
The Thais played against China and Hong Kong following the withdrawal of Turkmenistan.
Myanmar made the cut as the runners-up from Group E after beating Palestine and India with their only loss against group winners Tajikistan.
Vietnam were Group D winners when they overcame South Korea, Nepal and Mongolia.
Australia were Group H runners-up behind former four-time winners and defending champions Japan.
