
Red Bull Racing Academy Programme announces a multi-year extension with ExxonMobil at the âWomen with Drive â Driven by Mobil 1â summit in Indianapolis.
Through the global leading lubricants brand Mobilâ˘, ExxonMobil will continue its support for F1 Academy through its partnership with Red Bull Racing Academy Programme â reinforcing its promise to develop the next generation of driver talent.
Building on a strong, long-standing collaboration with Oracle Red Bull Racing, Mobil⢠lubricants aims to help guide more women into motorsport by supporting rising role models such as Alisha Palmowski through the Red Bull Racing Academy Programme. This partnerships seeks to empower young women pursuing careers in motorsport and STEM-related fields.
Alisha, F1 Academyâs Red Bull Racing Academy Programme driver, is an emerging force in womenâs single-seater racing, achieving one win and five podiums in her debut F1 Academy season. She ended her rookie campaign finishing fifth with 91 points.
This continued initiative and multi-year agreement further underscores ExxonMobilâs dedication to promoting diversity, innovation, and excellence across all levels of motorsport, as well as within its global motorsport organisation.
