Koreaâs Lee Soomin holds a one shot lead in the GS Caltex Maekyung Open after shooting a third-round one-under-par 71 today.
His countryman Lee Sanghee is in second place after coming in with a 67 at Namseoul Country Club.
Soomin is six under par in what is the second event on this yearâs OneAsia schedule.
Koreans Moon Kyongju (77), Kim Kyungtae (72), Lee Changwoo (69), Kim Bio (72) and Park Sanghyun (75) are tied for third, two shots off top spot.
Defending champion Moon had started the day two in front but double bogeyed the last slip back
Lee, ranked seventh on last yearâs OneAsia Order of Merit, recorded breakthrough victory at the Shenzhen International last month.
Playing on an invitation, he claimed the European Tour title at Genzon Golf Club with a two-shot victory over Joost Luiten and Brandon Stone.
The 22 year old showed his potential on OneAsia last year with a runner-up finish at the SK Telecom Open and he tied for 13th spot here at the GS Caltex Maekyung Open.
His wire-to-wire victory in the Shenzhen International banished the memory of the Maybank Championship Malaysia in February where he came into the final round with a three-stroke lead but made two double-bogeys in his last three holes to finish in a share of second.
