Football Federation Australia (FFA) have approved a change to the Hyundai A-League Player Contract Regulations which will enable clubs to commence loaning Australian players aged 23 and under to other Hyundai A-League clubs from the 2018/19 Season onwards.
Under the ‘Intra-League Loans’ framework, Hyundai A-League clubs will be permitted to loan in, or out, a maximum of two (2) players either way at any one time. Loans may occur for either the whole season, or from ‘window to window’ in line with Australia’s FIFA Transfer Window calendar.
