It is all training for Indonesia even during Ramadhan as they look to take advantage of the upcoming FIFA match days.
The team under newly appointed head coach Simon McMenemy will be looking to play two matches on FIFA match days between 3-11 June 2019.
“During Ramadhan (Muslim fasting month), we are looking at playing two matches on FIFA match days,” said Ratu Tisha Destria, the General Secretary of the PSSI.
“We are looking at playing both matches at home as this will be a good way to give something back to the fans.”
The two opponents have yet to be identified as Indonesia look to begin their FIFA World Cup 2022 qualifiers in September.
