The Timor Leste Under-19 team received a welcome surprise this week when the Chinese Ambassador H.E. Mr Xiao Jiangou paid them a visit during their training session at the FFTL (Timor FA) Field.
The Timor U19 team, under head coach Eduardo Pereira, is being prepared for the AFC U19 qualifiers slated for 6-10 November 2019.
They have been placed in Group K against hosts Indonesia, DPR Korea and Hong Kong.
Timor Leste will open their campaign on 6 November 2019 against hosts Indonesia.
