The PUBG MOBILE Pro League (PMPL) Malaysia Spring 2026 league stage concluded on 26 April 2026, setting the stage for the highly anticipated Grand Finals taking place from 1st – 3rd May 2026. Marking the return of Malaysia’s premier professional PUBG MOBILE league since 2023, this season’s Finals highlight both the resurgence of top-tier competition and the rise of a new generation of esports talent.
Following two weeks of intense league action, Maqna Esports Club (MEC) and AZ Slumber (AZ) emerged as the most consistent teams, finishing with identical League Rank Points. MEC ultimately secured the top position via tiebreaker, earning the highest ‘Headstart Points’ heading into the Finals.
The season has been defined by breakthrough performances from emerging players. MEC FEXCRY claimed the League MVP title, leading a new wave of rising talent. While MEC is supported by seasoned veterans VOKEY and IFTAR, it was FEXCRY’s dominant performance that secured his MVP status. He is closely followed by AZ Slumber’s duo BOBBY and MYZX, alongside 52 AISYY, who all placed in the Top 4 MVP race and proved the strength of Malaysia’s next generation of pros.

At the same time, veteran players continue to hold their ground at the top. ADIKLUQ (Vertice) and UHIGH (Golden Spear) led their teams to strong finishes, placing Top 3 and Top 4 in the league standings respectively, reaffirming their status among Malaysia’s most consistent competitive forces.
A total of 16 teams have qualified for the Grand Finals, where they will compete for a share of the USD 50,000 prize pool. The Top 3 teams will earn the honor of representing Malaysia at the PUBG MOBILE Global Open (PMGO) Season 1: SEA Finals, which serves as the direct pathway to the PMGO S1 global main event.
“The return of PMPL Malaysia marks a significant milestone for our local esports ecosystem. Since 2023, we have watched the community grow, and this Spring 2026 season is a testament to that evolution showcasing a perfect synergy between legendary veterans and the incredible rise of new stars like FEXCRY. With a USD 50,000 prize pool and a direct path to the PMGO S1 global stage, the stakes have never been higher. We are also thrilled to bring fans closer to the heart of the action through on-ground initiatives like the MEC Watch Party, fostering the community spirit that makes PUBG MOBILE so special in Malaysia,” said Ashley Phuah, Product Manager of PUBG MOBILE Malaysia.
