Difficult races for Pawi at FIM CEV Jerez

He did not finish the Race 1 and 16th Race 2

Legendary Jerez Circuit in Spain was the scenario of two races FIM CEV Repsol Moto3™ Junior World Championship. Malaysian rider Khairul Idham Pawi was starting grid in twelfth position.

In Race 1, the strong wind was the protagonist and the riders suffered a lot this circumstance. One of them, Khairul Idham Pawi (Honda Team Asia); he did not finish the race because he crashed at lap 6.
Malaysian rider said about: “We have a lot of problems with the wind and in turn eleven I lost the front wheele.”

At the starting grid of the Race 1, Honda Team Asia sent a message of support to the Thai rider Muklada Sarapuech, who was injured in Free Practice in Jerez.

At 14h (local time) started the Race 2, finally in dry conditions. Pawi fought for the top ten but the wind was an enemy for the malaysian rider. He couldn’t find the feeling with this weather. Finally he finished 16th
After the race, Pawi said: “I was not confident with this weather. I hope to finish the season in Valencia with a good result.”
